गरीब को निचले स्तर से उठने का मौका ही नहीं दिया है। जिसके पास कम आमदनी थी और सरकार के निर्देशानुसार उसके बैंक खाते से जबरन अतिरिक्त शुल्क ले लिया गया कि उसके खाते में एक सीमा से अधिक पैसे जमा होने जरूरी हैं। जबकि एक भारी रकम का हस्तांतरण विदेशी बैंकों में होता है, इस पर बैंक व सरकार को कोई आपत्ति नहीं है। इतनी विपत्ति में राजनेता गा रहे हैं – भारत माता की जय!
